  • In the northwest highlands of Cameroon, hidden in valleys tucked among endless hills and volcanic peaks, lie the villages where Cameroon Boyo™ coffee is born.

    As a collaborative partner in the Cameroon Boyo™ value chain, Goliath Coffee works directly with the world's most dedicated, smallholder farmers to bring the finest, handpicked micro-lots to your cup.

    This is a medium roast profile with a targeted end temperature of 203°C and an average roast time of 8:35. The resulting cup has a balanced acidity that works well in a variety of brewing methods, such as Chemex, French Press and Drip. Best enjoyed after several minutes of cooling. Always grind just before brewing.

  • Flavour: A full-bodied cup with a rich, earthy profile. Chocolate notes, hints of currants and a well-rounded finish.

  • Roasted to Order: All of our beans are air roasted to order, ensuring you receive only the freshest coffee. We carefully air-roast in micro batches to maximize the flavour of the beans. Each hand-packed bag of beans leaves our roastery within 48 hours to ensure freshness. We package our beans in the highest grade foil-lined, resealable bags. Our bags feature one-way valves for CO2 release, tin-ties and are heat sealed for maximum freshness.

    Roasting Days: Our regular roasting days are Mondays and Thursdays. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. All orders received by 8:00AM PST on Monday will be roasted and shipped within 48 hours. All orders received by 8:00AM PST on Thursday will be roasted and shipped within 48 hours.
